I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning of the lounge carpet. It looks fresh and new even though it has been down for many years. Some months earlier, you cleaned the kitchen carpet for me, which had lots of stains due to our puppy, and it has come up as good as new! We shall certainly use you again, and look forward to doing so.
