The serviceman was pleasant and polite. The work was done efficiently and everywhere left tidy. I was very satisfied with the work, like I was on the previous visit I think your service is excellent, no improvement required. The colours in my carpets appear more vibrant. Both the representative and the serviceman were polite, friendly and helpful.
