On completion of every domestic job we leave a brief questionnaire and a FREEPOST envelope to return it in. On it we ask you to grade the quality of our work and service, we ask if there is anything you dislike and ask if there is any way we can improve our service to you. We can only use comments where we have been given permission to use them and you’ll find the most recent ones below. We also often receive letters or emails from commercial clients, some of those are below too.
