I had never had a carpet or upholstered furniture cleaned before, but I was so impressed- even asked John , if he would mind an audience- I was more than impressed, I was fascinated. The carpet which I was going to replace, is brilliant and the chairs which I had considered having re- upholstered, there's no need , they're like new, at a quarter of the cost! Very, very impressed and pleased. I most definitely will use Clean & Dry again. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning of the lounge carpet, which is quite old. It looks brand new! Also, some time back you cleaned our kitchen carpet, which was stained, due to our puppy, and the results were excellent. We shall certainly use you again in the future.

The service provided by Clean & Dry Sheffield was exceptional. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and the experience that the team have is second to none which is why we decided to use them. The technician arrived exactly on time and worked extremely hard and professionally. The machine looked very impressive and the difference in the carpet colour was amazing. I can't believe how dirty it actually was! We now have beautifully fresh clean carpets and I couldn't be happier.

From the visit to estimate the cost to the service visit to carry out the work all the staff were professional and courteous.When asked to cost the five cushion leather suite as well as the carpets the icing on the cake was a discount.When the carpets were finished you could feel the pile restored.the suite is now rejuvenated.You couldn't ask for more.

Everything about the service is outstanding! 'Old fashioned' in the sense of that term as the highest possible praise. After the initial visit to appraise the job, I was left a swathe of helpful material, and after the job was done, more follow-up material and even a complimentary notepad! The genius is in the detail. Every aspect has felt personalized, and it is so refreshing that such courtesy, care and attention to detail are still to be found.

Clean and Dry were very responsive and able to come out quickly. They were honest about what was achievable with a stain on the carpet and if it was actually worth doing, which we really appreciated. John came on the day and he was professional and gave good advice. We would use them again.

I've used Clean & Dry Sheffield for a number of years: both carpet and rug cleaning. Rugs they have removed to clean at their workshops, carpets cleaned at our home. I lie using them because they meet our needs in every respect: personal contact over the phone; appointments are kept to time, or earlier when that's possible and convenient for us; prices are good, including discounts; their equipment is up to date and efficient, and their staff are courteous, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has awful carpets and stains that you think are impossible to get rid off. I was shocked by an amazing standards and really didn't expect such an amazing result! Our student property's carpets haven't been cleaned for about 5 years and had very deep oil stains and there wasn't a clean spot anywhere. The guys went above and beyond and gave our carpets the second life! Will definitely be using them again. Their prices are quite competitive too!

I have used Clean N Dry on two occasions now and both times i have been really impressed by their professional attitude but at the same time i found them both lovely to talk too and concerned they give the best treatment for your needs . They have cleaned carpets which looked like new when they had finished also this Christmas 2021 they brought back to life 3 sheepskins that had been very neglected for a long time i was amazed at the results absolutely fabulous . I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again

Truly Exceptional Honesty and Integrity. I have a couple of leather sofas which I was considering either getting cleaned or replacing so thought I would ask this firm to come and quote me for a good clean. The gentleman who turned up ( forgot his name sorry) was super professional and told me that whilst he could clean the sofa he highly recommended that we didn't as the sofa had damage on it which if he cleaned would become worse. How many companies do you know who talk themselves out of getting work? I really appreciated his honesty and if I ever do require anything cleaning I will know I can trust this firm to come and do it. Kudos to you Clean & Dry!

Excellent service, professional, reliable and friendly! Allan, Kevin and the team did a fabulous job on the carpets and sofas at my parent’s house, a few months ago. They communicated well, provided advice and were honest with their assessment that due to the age and wear and tear, that they may not be able to remove some of the marks but would do their best. We were really happy with the results, the carpets looked brighter and sofas fresher and any marks were visibly reduced. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Allan, Kevin and the team.

The company where great from start to finish. The quotation service was professional and then on the day of cleaning the person who attended was polite and thorough. A great service all round and communication was spot on. The only downside is that some of the stains have slightly re appeared after several weeks, not sure if this is normal or not.

Very prompt and professional service right from my telephone enquiry. Our quotation visit was conducted on time and information was provided clearly and quickly, once confirmed I was immediately booked in. The carpet cleaning appointment was done very efficiently, our cleaner asked if he could come a little earlier which we were able to accommodate. He was professional and courteous and gave clear advice on maintaining our carpet once clean. He was tidy, efficient and friendly - all what you would expect. Very happy with the service and would happily recommend Clean and Dry to our friends and family and anyone curious about their service.

We needed our lounge carpet along with the stair lap and landing carpet cleaning. The representative from Clean and Dry was on time and understood exactly what we needed. The gentleman named John who came to the cleaning was again professional and helpful. We cleared the lounge except the settee and he worked around this moving it when needed. Helpful aftercare advice to aid the drying of the carpet as well. Overall, i would definitely recommend them and use them agin when needed. Good job- thank you Jonathan Walker

The rug came back looking amazing! It was in desperate need of some love. Filled with dirt and smelling of mould. Filthy. Alan and his team arranged collection for the same morning as they happened to have someone nearby. They had the rug for a week and when it came back it looked so much better. It smells clean. I would say without this rescue mission it wouldn't have lasted another year in all honesty in the condition it was in. Thanks so much Clean and Dry Sheffield! If I ever need another rug cleaning I'll be sure to call you guys. Highly recommend.

Clean & Dry meticulously cleaned two very dusty hand woven Persian rugs that had been sat in the garage for 5 years. The rugs look new - they're soft and bright. Allan was an exceptional communicator and made it easy to coordinate pick-up and drop-off. It's clear they have extensive knowledge of how to professionally clean rugs. Highly recommend Clean & Dry Sheffield. From the first ‘phone call with a very friendly and helpful gentleman to the drop off with another very friendly and helpful gentleman , their service was outstanding. They beautifully cleaned our wool Moroccan rug and worked wonders with our absolutely filthy and very tired looking Chinese silk rug. They took time and care in explaining the process and made everything very easy by collecting and delivering with great care. I’m so happy with both of the rugs, they’ve definitely been given a new lease of life. Thanks so much to Kevin and the team.

Wonderful service. Had my 2m x 3m IKEA rug cleaned and fluffed and just got it back today. No obligation quote was received very quickly, and then great communication through the whole process. Collection and drop off included in the quote. Haven’t opened the rug up yet as I plan to keep it stored until the weather cools down but from what I can see it definitely looks cleaner. I wish I had asked for videos of the cleaning process because I bet it was very satisfying to see the dirt come out!
